Account Credentials
When registering directly or via Google OAuth, we collect your email address and profile name to manage authenticated sessions and billing.
Media Processing Memory
To generate IPTC keywords and agency titles, your media is held in volatile memory strictly during the analysis step and discarded immediately.
Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled via Lemon Squeezy (PCI-DSS compliant). SubmitAI never stores credit card or payment credentials.
Asset Handling & Copyright Preservation
Your artistic catalog is strictly your property. Images and footage uploaded to SubmitAI are analyzed solely to output metadata:
- Zero Storage: We do not keep image or video files on persistent disks. Uploads exist in temporary memory and are deleted immediately upon response delivery.
- No Model Training: Your files are never used to train public or proprietary machine learning models. Your content remains yours.
Data Purpose & Usage
• Generating titles, descriptions, and ranked keyword lists matching stock agency specifications.
• Tracking credit usage and subscription quotas on your account balance.
• Delivering critical account notifications or transactional receipts.
